THE BURGIN FARM
Owners Lynn and Paula Burgin
"Creation is a powerful and useful tool to teach children so many life lessons, responsibilities, and a life with God."
On the farm participants choose a "Horse Buddy" that they will care for, feed, groom, train, and learn from.
Participants attend the Farm twice a week after school and while on the farm learn many different skills such as riding a horse or driving a Miniature Horse in cart.
Owners Chad and Nicole Toney
THE BRACKETT TOWN FARM
"Some of life's most important lessons come from the simplest things."
At Brackett Town Farms, participants interact with many type of animals ranging from hedgehogs to emus. The children work alongside the farm's "encouragers" and help care for all the animals through feeding, grooming, cleaning, and other activities.
The kids are also able to participate in weekly Bible studies with free time to explore things of their choice around the farm.
